I’ve got to do what???

Every week, our coach sends an email to give you info on the coming week, where we’ll meet and what we’ll be doing. The email from yesterday included this for our Wednesday night workout:

Workout:  We will do an easy warm-up, followed by a one mile time trial on the track, and finish with an easy cool down, stretching, and core workout.  Normally on Wednesdays we will run speed intervals on the track.

Speed interval? Time trial? I can see that I’ll need to really pull up my big girl panties for this!
